Its been a while..

Alot has happened since the last time i blogged. We got the house and we have been moved in for a month now!! it is the best experience i can even imagine! On March 31 Austin broke his hand he had surgery the following tuesday. A few days latter Myah cut her chin open on the coffee table and had to get stiches. We got those removed today!! Such a brave girl not even a tear!! We also have a new addition to our family his name is Koda and he is part husky and part shepard. He loves to escape and is fast! He is not a pup so we are trying to train a three year old dog... not the easiest task with all the other things going on at our house. I also got moved into the 2&3 year old class at work rather then the infants and i love it they are so much fun!!

Here it goes, the long process of buying a home!
We have the first steps completed: picking it out, the preapproval, and we got our offer sent and accepted! Now comes the long part of getting the loan. We have decided to buy a home with an accessory apartment we are going to submit the forms at some point to make it a duplex but either way the extra income will be very nice when paying the mortgage..  Doing this while we are young is a smart investment for us because we can make a pretty good profit from it once we move out of the up stairs! In a few years we are hoping to be able to move out of the duplex and buy the home of our dreams! Here are some pics!

   What better month than this one to thank my wonderfull husband for all he does! He is so amazing.

These last few weeks i have been very sick and he has been right there to help me out with everything. Heck i shouldnt say HELP he has been DOING everything!

So thank you Austin you are with out a doubt the best husband i could ask for!

 

 



  

    

    Myah is officialy potty trained she has been at it for over a month now and i can not believe how fast she has taken to it! She has not had an accident in almost a week!!!!!

WAHOOO i can not even tell you how exciting this is for us!

we are so proud of her, and for all of you who said oh it wont last she will revert "   :P   " to you!

she doesnt want anything to do with diapers. :)

Here it is!

Well i have had many of you ask me if i had a blog and until now  i said no!
I'm still trying to figure out how it works so if you have any input on fun things to do with it let me know!
For those of you who don't see us very often and are not caught up to speed on our life here it is. I got my diploma and am thinking about going to nursing school and becoming a mother baby delivery nurse. Austin is in the Police Academy and will finish in July. And Myah is two now, she is almost completely potty trained and is as wild as ever!
